①After 10:30 PM on October 20th, send welcome messages to PC Softphone Users.
②Access the link below and download the .exe and/or .dmg file to share with internal PC Softphone Users.
To install and login to the pc softphone, please see the instructions below:
※ Users who are utilizing any PC Softphone Versions before 5.10.1 will not be able to use the PC Softphone from Friday, December 1st.
To search the current PC Softphone that is being utilized, please go to "Help" → "Version Info" → "Application Info"
