Affected Users: Customers using CIRCLE Cloud Communications with ported numbers
Affected: Difficulty in making and receiving calls
Occurrence Date: Monday, February 26, 2024, 10:19 AM ~ 12:16 PM, 13:16 PM ~ 14:44 PM

Although we have not confirmed any problems on the CIRCLE side, we have received a report that a problem has occurred on the server of the number portability carrier. Please note that CIRCLE native numbers are not affected.
